The Oeiras International Piano Festival was born in 2017 out of this desire, this spiritual need to reduce the excess noise of everyday life and listen to all the nuances, in their play of light and shadow, of the instrument that most sincerely and unadornedly encapsulates human diversity.

Over the last few years, this festival has brought together pianists from the four corners of the world in Oeiras, transforming the richness of human experience into music through the timeless creations of Mozart, Beethoven, Liszt, and Chopin…

At the end of each edition, everything translates into pure sound, in an alchemical act of sharing between pianists and audience, which makes us want to continue on this path together for many years to come.
